3.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by Beyond Africa Now or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on our services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display Your Content in connection with providing and promoting our services.

3.3 Trademarks

"Beyond Africa Now" and related trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Beyond Africa Now. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

4.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your Content is accurate and not misleading
• Your Content complies with applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, edit, or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor or review content and are not responsible for user-generated content.

6.1 Service Fees

Some features of our services may require payment. We will clearly communicate any fees associated with premium features or services. Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes in advance.

6.2 Payment Terms

Upon termination, we may delete your account and related data. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Rwanda Arbitration Centre, unless otherwise required by law.
